After my soul destroying disappointment at finding I had missed the Alexander McQueen 'Savage Beauty' exhibition in New York by no less that a day, I consoled myself by visiting Bath Fashion museum where I fell helplessly in love with an original 1920's wedding gown (6) saw the dress Gwyneth Paltrow wore to a red carpet movie premier(8) and squeezed myself into a corset and under skirt worn by women in the Victorian era, more photos from NY coming soon!
